Have an option to use Thaliak's Favor when at ___ stacks of Angler's Art and under ____GP like you can setup fishing

Using Thaliak's Favor during spearfishing made the miss rate extremely high because of the animation lock, specially when paired with Nature's Bounty, I'll be holding off this feature while i dont find a decent solution.
