Clickable region is wrong when constrained with `--page-width`

It looks like when the page is actively being constrained with --page-width the region where you can click on things like links is totally messed up, but if you resize the window where it's no longer being constrained then the link placement is totally fine

Was working on bisecting, but it looks like this bug dates back to when the feature was originally added
