[Feature Request] Surface Pro Pen side button support (i.e. right mouse click)

Description

Usage - Surface Pro 4 with SP pen, Inochi Creator 0.8.1

Issue - Pen side button is right click on windows and other apps (e.g. CSP), but in Inochi Creator it doesn't work, for right click I have to use mouse or trackpad.
Left click (+ drag) via pen touch works no issue.

Suggested solution

Maybe tie in to Windows Pentab to support pen right click as mouse right click? Maybe it comes through as a different click/button-press event in the code?
