admin: Allow ordering the compo entries to a specific order manually

prerequisite: #305

  1. Add a list-index to database
  2. Make an UI that allows sorting entries, and on save, set the list-indexes for all entries of the compo
  3. When showing the entries, always show in list-index order
  4. Allow showing the users their position in the ordering list
