Export mixes sold items with cancelled ones

When exporting (Vie-toiminto), it produces a table where are both sold and cancelled items. There is no way to distinguish them in the table and people who have not paid for their ticket may be mixed accidentally.

Also, it would be good if the CSV contains a header?
