admin: Videos and categories

Add a archive videos view to the new admin.
- Add a view for adding/editing/deleting/viewing youtube videos for archive
- It should be possible to create new categories for the videos on the fly (no need for separate view)
- Maybe a dialog for handling categoeries ? Or a combobox ? OR something.
- Add vitest unit-tests
- Add APIv2 entrypoints for managing these things
- Add APIv2 unit-tests
- Check for video permission
