Enable_Property_Output = 1 crash for some case

Repro example:
Run this example and uncomment L47 to Enable_Property_Output=1

It will throw error:

If comment out Enable_Property_Output = 1. experiment is ok

But for another similar example(little less intervention), even I have Enable_Property_Output = 1, it is still OK.

I had hoped this was fixed in emod-typhoid==0.0.4.dev3, so good to know that this still needs more investigation. I have seen this myself but Enable_Property_Output always seems to work for me.
