It would be nice to not have to run down why our instrumentation isn't working and have it be the difference in resque between exit and exit!

Also, documentation.

I'm reluctant to add automatic Resque hooks; however, you're absolutely right that we should have documented usage w/ Resque in somewhere other than Github Issues. I've updated the README.md in 0.9.5 with elaboration on what to do, and why.
