When the doctor is in the process of giving medicines and healthworkers click on download button on the app, all the medicines provided by doctor was not visible in the printed prescriptions on the app.
Possible Resolution:
Until and unless the doctor clicks on sign and submit, the prescriptions (or any advice) should not be visible on the app and if healthworker clicks on the download button, message box showing "Please wait for the doctor to give the prescriptions" should be visible or any indication on the download button showing that prescription is ready to be downloaded. (Highlighting the download button with colors to show the status.)
