The released ckpt of cheng2020_anchor_ms_ssim seems wrong

The released ckpts for cheng2020_anchor_ms_ssim seems a random result, which results in high bit rate (e.g. 5.8, q1) and low psnr(e.g. 6.09, q1).
Would you please check the released models? Thank you very much!
