Unable to disable tasks module

It seems that business/finance relies on the tasks module (which is strange - I would expect the dependency to be on projects). I have an instance with a custom tasks module that should replace the community module. Perhaps we could consider something like an Interface module, so the dependency will be on that module.

It indeeds depends on the tasks module. Because when a debtor is over due with paying invoices it may create tasks.

Interface module is a good idea, but quite some work to implement ;)
