Update IDS Infomodel documentation based on last release (v. 4.2.0)

TheIDS Infomodel documentation currently is still referring to the previous version (Revision: 4.1.0). Therefore, the corresponding new version of the documentation has to be generated and published.

Changes in the documentation are done under this commit, which also fixes Issue 602
