The output folder is not created automatically

And should also add some code to handle the exception that cannot open the files...
At least it should tell me "Oops! something broken!" when exception happen:)

Now that I have reviewed the code, I'm not creating the folder when I'm suppose. I'm going to fix the issues later when I come from work :)
