Library keeps trying to install lwip into my system.

I followed the instructions in this link: https://github.com/IonicaBizau/image-to-ascii/blob/master/INSTALLATION.md
But it kept throwing this error:

From what I gathered in the error message, the library keeps trying to install lwip but I installed GraphicsMagick.

I reinstalled GraphicsMagick (via brew) and it resolved this issue

brew install graphicsmagick
