EventListeners not cleared when editor is destroyed

Thanks for building this extension!

Had an issue when creating, destroying and recreating editor instances.
Saw that the destroy method is not implemented and there are no removeEventListener calls corresponding to addEventListener.

Let me know if you have time to fix it, I will jump in otherwise.
