Adjust sorting options on columns on submissions admin page

On the submission admin page (/admin/team_submissions#/)
The following columns should be sortable by ascending/descending and currently cannot be sorted:
- Project Name
- State
- Country
- Complete?
- Required Fields
- Team Qualified?
- Submitted?
- Only needs to submit?
Sorting should be removed from these columns:
- Contest Rank
- Technical Video Link
- Learning Journey
- Pitch Video Link
- Project page
