Very useful library but IIS7.5 issue

I do appreciate your work for this library.
You are the best!!
One issue I am struggling with on a windows 7 embedded system.
I deployed signalr + sqltabledependency service on windows 10 IIS10 (it works fine)
But when I deployed on windows 7 IIS 7.5 change event does not triggered.
I made another test application for check event trigger and it worked fine on same system.
But only not worked on iis (Actually, I spent 3days and tried 100+ methods. After all, I ended up to deploy another windows services for sqltabledependency. But I am still wondering if anyone can give any clue for this issue.
