UpdateOfModel and SqlTableDependencyFilter do not seem to be working

I have followed that example and tried out. All notification were sent for all Updates regardless of the presence of column selector and/or where-filter. Per documentation, these conditions are to be included in the generated trigger on table.
When I compare the triggers, one generated with and one without updateOfModel and dependency filter, they seems pretty much the same (except the guids). Am I missing something or is it an issue? Thank you.
