How to execute?

1. I have installed all associated libraries and can run the program but the website only has the option to start "new broadcast" none of the other elements seem to appear. Do I need to o something else?
   2.pip install -r requirements.txt How do I install it, doesn't seem to be anywhere in the repo?
   3.I see a lot of unused imports , for example cv2 hasn't been used and I guess it's important for image processing .Is this how the program is intended to work?

Help would be really appreciated.
