DCMI Resource Types aren't being populated completely.

After running the islandora_default_tags migration (part of the starter site), we only have ~6 terms in the DCMI resource types vocabulary. We should have 13. The ones that are missing are terms that have the same name as terms in the LC Resource Types vocabulary.
