Remove names of power sub-stations from MTB map

Expected Behavior - ההתנהגות הצפויה

IMO, names of power sub-station should not appear on the MTB map

Steps to Reproduce - הוראות לשיחזור הבעיה

  1. Open https://israelhiking.osm.org.il/poi/OSM/way_459784219
  2. Choose the MTB base map
  3. Hide the POI panel and icon
    image

Impact - השפעה

These names are not adding any value to the map and create unnecessary clutter.
