I searched all the configuration files and couldn't find a way to get it.

It's obtainable using the restoration table and trading some minerals.

Do you have any suggestion on how to edit the restoration table recipe in order to make it craftable in survival?
I think it must require some rare materials to be crafted, to avoid people from unlocking it too early during the gameplay.
