What happens?
anyone can use the commands if the bot can read and send messages in the channel
Steps to Reproduce
- be in a channel the bot can read and write to
- send a command (ex: u.subscribe)
- observe
What should actually happen?
The bot should do nothing / reply with an error

what perms should the user have to use the commands? manage channel?

I might just lock it to server owner or to a role
