[BUG] an empty line and no new tab button at some width

Steps:

  1. Open multiple tabs
  2. Slowly resize the window horizontally

I tested on both Linux and Windows the lastest versions of multirow scrollable and unlimited and they are working without the issue you mention.

Make sure to test with an empty ````userChrome.css``` file or any other .uc.js or .as.css files that could also affect tabs to avoid custom code incompatibility.
