Trying to restore a save triggers reset of the game

I've tried to restore my ACNL save file and even tho it doesn't give any errors it ended up completely resetting my game.
I've used JKSM with no problem in 2019 but now for some reason now it won't restore and will just reset everything

sorry it was my problem i just needed to update the game
