No file limited.txt

Ok so I downloaded requests, and I put the id and cookie in the files for limited and cookies, but I get this error, I'm on windows 10 and am using visual studio code
See if you put the item's ID in the file. If you get the same error, see if limited.txt is a shortcut, if it is a shortcut, delete it, and create a new text document with the same name.

Ok so I alr fixed it by using the path instead of limited.txt in the main.pu but now when I run it nothing happens, I'm using visual studio code, no problems no errors or anything, just nothing happens, when I try to open main.py with python it just crashes immediately.
