Amsterdam and Eindhoven always have the same number of infected

In https://raw.githubusercontent.com/J535D165/CoronaWatchNL/master/data/rivm_NL_covid19_municipality_range.csv the number of infections for Amsterdam and Eindhoven is always the same. Even though these numbers are reported in ranges, this still seems a bit suspicious.

These are the rows for the last couple of days, the values in the last two columns are always the same:

Hmmm. I will have a look at the PDF files. Did you have a look at the PDFs files? Any findings?

We had a look at the RIVM reports of that specific period (2020/04/07 - 2020/04/15), and (luckily) the similar ranges do check out. Even though Eindhoven and Amsterdam have varying absolute numbers (https://github.com/J535D165/CoronaWatchNL/blob/master/data/rivm_NL_covid19_total_municipality.csv), they have similar relative numbers (incidents per 100.000 inhabitants) and, thus, similar ranges.
