[BUG] - Single post-processing of C-Model is bugged

Describe the bug
When attempting to perform a single post-processing action on C-Model, the code encounters an unhandled error during the group_bar plotting.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
for example:

  1. ensure C-model run was correctly performed
  2. ask for single post-processing (whatever library)

Expected behavior
The post-processing should be performed without errors
