Update peer dependency version to graphql from v.15 to v.16

Can you please update the version of graphql that is used, right now it conflicts with other packages if they require newer version and I use --legacy-peer-deps flag to fix my issue.
It seems to work fine on v.16 so probably only package.json needs to be updated.
