Description
Add batch processing by Region in the same manner as is now available for Channel, Level, and (pending #169) DataType.
At present all monitor plots are restricted to a single region that corresponds to global scope. That is sufficient for the first phase of the monitoring 2.0 effort, but this addition will be necessary to provide the more indepth analysis that will eventually be needed.
