Could you please tell me how can I get the file "annots_{}_bilinearf.npz".format(phase) for Human3.6M and "annots_hmrvideo.npz" for 3DPW?

I refer to the https://github.com/Arthur151/ROMP/blob/master/docs/dataset.md. However the https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1_g4AbXumhufs7YPdTAK3kFMnTQJYs3w3?usp=sharing they provide do not contain the file "annots_{}_bilinearf.npz".format(phase) for Human3.6M and "annots_hmrvideo.npz" for 3DPW.
Could you please upload once more?
