Currently, I've hard-coded the relevant data and parameters in a constants file. We need to switch this to read in data, ideally using the files generated by the gcamdata system.

I can now read-in the leafs from a file, but it doesn't update land node or land allocator values. I also need to split the data into files in the same manner the gcam data system does to facilitate use.

All leaf data is read-in, using the same file structure splits as the gcam data system. Additionally, land node values are determined based on the leafs values below.
