I'm sorry to bother you. I want to use HandyCNV to visualise the CNVR distribution. But I found that it's not possible to visualize the CNVR of sex chromosomes.So I send this message for your help. I will appreciate it a lot if you can help us solve this problem!

I want to draw 24 chromosomes.But the plot only displays 22 chromosomes.
