cannot find installed charm

Hi everyone
I have installed charm 0.5 correctly, after install the .deb file no thing happens.
I have tried to search for it but without result.
can you help me please.

For windows plant
- When you install the charm by the exe file. Maybe you could find the package in
C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages
