NPS crashing upon download

I can open and browse the app just fine, but when I download a game the app closes immediately. I tried all game platforms with no difference to the outcome.
System specs:
CPU/GPU: Apple M2
RAM: 8 GB
OS ver: Sonoma 14.4.1
