Add "New VI with JKI State Machine" to project provider

This feature is not important, but could ease use of JKI state machine even more. Idea is to add to project provider menu option to create new VI, which already contains JKI state machine inside. Thus, one clicks on "My Computer" -> New -> VI with JKI State Machine, and VI is added to project.

Also, such option could be add as option during installation of JKI State Machine Editor (because maybe someone will not want to add it to project provider menu).

That's a great idea that could certainly help users, especially if they are using the project environment a lot.

For me, I tend to create a new VI and then use Quick Drop to Ctrl-Space >> "JKI" >> Enter
