Description
As a user I want to color nodes and edges in order to convey meaning with specific formatting.
Acceptance
- Nodes and edges can have specific line color (RGB)
- Nodes can have specific fill color (RGB)
- Edges can have multiple line types (none, dotted, dashed)
- Coloring tools are available in the project view toolbox
- https://github.com/JKatheder/bisociation-net/issues/19 needs to be done first
