Description
As a user I want to see all my projects in an overview in order to manage them.
Acceptance
- Projects are listed with name, date and description (and possibly owner) (currently dummy data)
- Each project has an (dummy) menu for the later addition of functions like delete, rename, edit, export, etc.
- The appearance of the list view is specified in the design file 1
- Available under /
New projects can be created here, see #3
Projects can be deleted here, see #5
Projects can be imported or exported here, see #11
Project details can be edited, see #6
