Handle DWD updating mechanism

The required integration (or better: the underlying service from DWD) updates its data at 11am - for proper usage the integration switches the atttributes for today/tomorrow at midnight so between 0am and 11am the attributes for "in 2 days" are empty, currently being displayed as "no pollen load". Instead it'd be better to either show something like "data not yet published" or hide the corresponding column.
