Censors can easily be bypassed with spaces
Closed this issue · 1 comments
I was going to add this to one of the servers I moderate since we've had an issue with people spamming slurs recently, and I found this bot. It seemed to be working pretty well, until I just used spaces. If you add a single space so something, it won't be deleted. The bot won't pick it up. Like I tested it with "f;f,..;f;.,;,f;,u.;,f;,f,;f,;grg.g.,,f;u;c,,;,c,c,;;k`,;;" which was deleted, but when I put "f u c k" or "f uck" it wasn't picked up at all, and since spaces are probably one of the most common ways to bypass filters, this should probably be fixed.
This has already been considered and your issue is invalid.
Shown below is the fact that both of the bypasses listed, are not actual bypasses;
That being said, the github page is not the place to report issues, only codebase.

I'll also be happy to help you solve whatever issue is somehow disabling your space recognition there.
