In 'Impact View', on the 4th question- 'Is Impact followup happening?' the answer choices should be 'yes' and 'no' (there's no need for a 'maybe')
7th question from the top- 'Impact Achieved?'- a dropdown menu with 'yes' and 'no' is needed
10th question-'Time in Weeks' needs to be changed to 'No. of weeks taken to create the Impact?'
