最新版的SteamBeta版本取消了库界面的css注入，不知道后面会不会再次放开。暂时观望一阵。。。。
可以先切换回正式版。

it's weird,if your steam is under C:\Program Files (x86) or C:\Program Files, try run SteamLauncher.exe with administrator

Doesnt work, only the library is like this, i have tried enabling and disabling beta mode as well, and i have tried an earlier version

正式版更新了库界面的css注入，2.7.1版本仍存在库界面背景显示错误
