Stop using iterations (in GitHub). Instead use milestones.

I keep having to change the end date of iterations. Instead it makes more sense to have milestones. Which are done when they're done 🙂 . But still help to divide up the work, and help to push me on to the "next big architectural chunk" instead of obsessing over the current architectural chunk
