Solution requirements:
- single .js file (can have require dependencies)
- filename all lower-case
- filename with dashes instead of spaces
- a comment at the top with problem number and name
- contains a self-executing function
- the function takes
process.argv[2]and has a default value - the function logs and returns the correct solution
