suggestions for finedehalo2:
- strength parameter similar to how dehalo_alpha works
- customizable convolution radius so it can remove larger halos
- only take the max between the dehalo'd and source clip*
*2nd-order halos are dark only, so this will prevent loss with no drawbacks
