Update used dependencies in jaguar retrofit to their latest version

Hi, Im currently converting from SDK 1.22.4 to 2.0. But when converting, some dependencies used in jaguar retrofit is incompatible with some plugins(eg:http version here used is old one not supporting with other plugin(new_version) version mismatch)so pls update to latest dependencies. Thanks in advance.
