Enable Pinch to Zoom/Pan controls for motionEye webpage

Due to the default HTML meta of the motionEye webpage, it won't zoom if viewed in a Mobile web browser.

Solution:
Inject custom js with the required meta to override the "zoom blocking" meta and force enable pinch to zoom.
