Produce Graal-compiled binaries

--allow-incomplete-classpath does not work here either. Not sure if that's a Graal bug or not.

This may never be possible because of apksig's reflection. I'm going to close for now. R8 gives us a ~1.5MiB jar which is a good starting point.
