Commit a471f2e neglected to adjust Makefile.
make: *** No rule to make target `dump/dump.d', needed by `dump/dump'. Stop.

Sorry, try with these changes 466b1f3. I'll test them when I get the chance later, but if it was broken anyway, surely it can't be any worse now (I've been using the VisualD project files lately myself, so the makefiles sometimes suffer bitrot).
