Support for multiply virtual cards

There are several test cases where we need to have at least two cards with different configurations inserted into two slots.
"success" here I think would be to have multiple virtual cards as a separated systemd service, that can be started as systemctl start virt_card_1 ; systemctl start virt_card_2
